Neihu Garbage Hill Removal Design-Build Project

Project Description:

The Neihu Garbage Hill is located on the right bank of the Keelung River near the Nahu Bridge, within Luzhou Village, Neihu District. The site extends south of Tanmei Road and north of the Keelung River Bicycle Path, covering an area of approximately 15.05 hectares.

  • Total site dimensions: ~1,060 meters in length, ~350 meters in width
  • Highest elevation: ~53 meters
  • Estimated total waste volume: ~3,120,000 m³
  • Initial phase waste removal volume: ~2,228,000 m³

This design-build project focuses on the removal and processing of the upper waste layer using resource recovery and waste reduction methods. The goal is to eliminate pollution risks associated with the garbage hill while enhancing land utilization efficiency.
