Taipei International Flora Exposition Xinsheng Park Dream Pavilion, Future Pavilion, and Life Pavilion New Construction Project

Project Description:

The Xinsheng Third Pavilion Exhibition Area primarily consists of two buildings—Dream Pavilion and Future & Life Pavilion—surrounding a central circular garden plaza. It is one of the main exhibition halls of the Taipei International Flora Exposition. The site covers an area of 157,724㎡, with a building area of 11,932.12㎡.

Unlike conventional construction projects, this project involved not only structural, interior, and general HVAC and MEP works but also specialized systems, including ETFE membrane, solar power systems, automated control systems, multimedia navigation systems, and electric shading devices. Additionally, the project featured extensive wood paneling, wooden windows, and a unique overall design. Despite the tight schedule, our company successfully met the client’s requirements with unwavering dedication and stringent quality standards, completing the project to perfection.
